Please read the full description below the Image. Botox®   Description : Botox ®Cosmetic has been used for decades to dramatically reduce unwanted facial lines. It is a purified protein that has been scientifically tested extensively for safe and effective use on the human body for numerous medical conditions. As an aesthetic tool for facial enhancement, it works by blocking the nerve impulse from reaching the target area, and as a result the muscle weakens.. As the muscle begins to relax, the wrinkles gradually soften, and then disappear. Botox® can alleviate such areas as the crow’s feet around the eyes, vertical lines of the upper lip, expression lines on the forehead, dimpling of the chin, and lines at the corners of the mouth. Another use is to create a brow lift by raising the lateral corner of the eyebrows. Treatment entails injecting a small quantity of serum with a very small needle into each site where you would like to see improvement. You will experience mild discomfort, and if you are ultra sensitive a topical anesthetic can be made available for you. Typically, full results are visible in 7 to 10 days. These injections are safe, and the only possible side effects are temporary and would apply only to the injection site. We use the Botox® Cosmetic recommended dosage of administration for optimal results. We recommend repeat treatment every 3 to 4 months for the first year. After that, regular maintenance visits vary for each individual. We do not recommend treatment if you are pregnant, or have a neurological disorder.
